Cherries in gel
Cherries in gel are a semi-finished product obtained by cooking cherries with added sugar, starch, flavoring, and preservatives. The product is characterized by a high fruit content, reaching up to 50- 60%, enclosed in a thick yet delicate fruit gel. Only carefully selected, high-quality cherries are used for the production, ensuring a top-quality product.
Roasted apple
Roasted apple is made by cooking fresh apples, cut into small pieces. Sugar, food acid, flavoring ingredients, and preservatives are added during the cooking process, resulting in a tasty and aromatic fruit product. Only ripe and juicy apples are used in production to obtain a high-quality product.
Multifruit jam
Multifruit jam is a product made by adding sugar to a mixture of high-quality natural ingredients and then thickening it to a hard or spreadable consistency. Thanks to a carefully selected blend of fruits, this product has a unique taste and an intense dark red to burgundy color that contains no artificial colorings. This jam is perfect for use in cakes, donuts, pastries, and as a confectionery semi-finished product, and it can also be enjoyed directly. The product contains fruit extract at a level of 60-65%.
